Miranda Moore possesses a wealth of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management spanning over two decades. With over ten years of human resources experience as a recruiter, consultant, and manager, Miranda has honed a diverse skill set, showcasing proficiency in client engagement, project management, diversity & inclusion, training, and change management. Her strategic and analytical approach, coupled with strong communication skills, underscores her effectiveness in implementing new policies and procedures.

In her current role as a Client Engagement Executive at SAP SuccessFactors since September 2016, Miranda manages Strategic Human Capital Management client accounts within the Fortune 500. Responsible for a book of business exceeding $30 million Total Contract Value (TCV), she oversees strategic direction, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Miranda also holds the position of Global Diversity & Inclusion Fellow, executing global D&I programs and fostering diversity initiatives.

 

During her tenure at PeopleFluent, Miranda served as the Director of Account Management for the Western Region which included global accounts in Europe and Australia. In this capacity, she developed and executed retention/up-sell/cross-sell strategies, renewal metrics, and growth targets for global customers with over $30 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV). Miranda managed a team of ten responsible for customer relationships with a retention rate exceeding 94%.

 

Miranda's earlier experience at Kronos, from 2007 to 2013, showcases her leadership as a Services Practice Director, Senior Solution Consultant, and Senior Strategic Account Manager. In these roles, she managed implementation teams, balanced operational metrics for a $60 million+ practice, and cultivated strategic relationships with customers.
